Our goal is to satisfy each and every customer. We stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. We understand there are times where returning an item is the only answer and we will be happy to accommodate your request.
All returns must have an RMA number (Return Material Authorization) before returning the item back to us. An RMA number can be obtained by emailing Customer Service at sales@TheFragranceSource.com. The RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of the box.
Return Items:
Items may be returned within 30-days of the original purchase date for replacement or a full refund of the purchase price. We will credit the product cost and any applicable taxes. Shipping on non-defective items is the responsibility of the Customer. We do not refund shipping or handling charge on non-defective items. The item must be in the original box, unopened, and in sellable condition. You may incur a 15% return fee on all non-defective items returned after 30 days from original sale date.
All refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt. You will be notified by email when your item is received back and your refund has been entered.
